These Buyer Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Buyers") who purchase products through the Desoma platform.
By using Desoma services, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Desoma Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility to Purchase
Buyers must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent;
- Provide accurate and complete account and payment information;
- Comply with Hong Kong and applicable laws.
2. Product Information
Products on Desoma are produced and managed by the platform.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, stock, and shipping information, but accuracy is not guaranteed.
Product images may differ slightly from actual products; actual product takes precedence.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to pay the product price and any applicable fees (including shipping and taxes).
Payment methods supported by the platform include credit cards, PayPal, and other methods announced.
Once payment is successful, the order is confirmed, and Desoma will begin production and shipping.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Desoma is responsible for product production, packaging, shipping, and providing tracking information.
Delivery times may vary due to stock, logistics, or customs.
Buyers must provide accurate and deliverable addresses; any loss due to incorrect information is the Buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, Buyers should contact Desoma Customer Service within 7 days.
Desoma will provide return, exchange, or refund services as appropriate.
Customized or design-uploaded products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear quality issue.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment channel.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must comply with the law and respect intellectual property rights; unauthorized copying, imitation, or resale is prohibited.
Buyers must keep their account and password secure and not allow others to use their account.
7. Warranties and Disclaimer
Products are sold "as is," and Desoma makes no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Desoma is not liable for delays or loss caused by logistics, natural disasters, or force majeure.
8. Disputes and Governing Law
Buyers should first contact customer service to resolve any transaction disputes.
Disputes involving Hong Kong residents will be governed by Hong Kong law; for non-Hong Kong residents, applicable law and jurisdiction at the time of purchase apply.
9. Policy Amendments
Desoma may update these Terms at any time by posting on the website. Updates take effect immediately.
