Craft Million International Limited ("Desoma", "we", "our", "us") values intellectual property rights. This policy explains how creators, users, and third parties may legally use the Desoma platform and how we handle intellectual property infringement claims.
By using Desoma services, you agree to comply with this policy and the Terms of Use.
1. Scope of Intellectual Property Rights
A. Creator Rights
Creators retain full copyright and related rights to their designs, text, images, videos, and other works uploaded to the platform ("Creator Works").
B. Desoma Rights
Desoma owns all rights to the platform name, logo, website content, trademarks, and system technology ("Desoma IP").
C. License to Use
Creators grant Desoma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and sell their works, as detailed in the Design Upload & Revenue Policy.
2. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Use, copy, modify, distribute, or sell Creator Works or Desoma IP without authorization;
- Impersonate others or infringe others' trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other rights;
- Engage in or facilitate any infringement activities on the platform.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and legal action.
3. Infringement Notice Procedure
A. Submit a Notice
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, provide the following information to Desoma:
- Your name, contact information, and account details;
- Description and proof of the allegedly infringed work;
- Details of the infringement, including links or evidence;
- Statement that the information is true and that you own or are authorized to enforce the rights.
Desoma will handle notices according to Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance and other applicable laws.
B. Content Removal or Disablement
Desoma may suspend or remove allegedly infringing content after reasonable evaluation to protect rights holders and the platform.
C. Counter-Notice
Users whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice explaining why the content is not infringing, with contact information.
Desoma will handle counter-notices in accordance with legal procedures and may restore content if justified.
4. Repeat Infringers
Desoma reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers and pursue legal action.
5. Disclaimer
Desoma makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, legality, or completeness of Creator Works on the platform.
Desoma is not liable for user infringement but will reasonably cooperate with rights holders to resolve disputes.
6. Policy Amendments
Desoma may update this policy at any time by posting it on the website. Updates take effect immediately.
