Welcome to Desoma! We're delighted to have you here. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our website, uploading designs, or buying or selling products.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Craft Million International Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("Desoma", "we", "us"). By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading designs, or using the Desoma website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and other Desoma policies (including the Privacy Policy and Design Upload and Revenue Policy).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or our services.

3. User Accounts

A. Account Creation

To access certain functions, you must create an account and be at least 18 years old. Minors aged 13–17 may use Desoma only under parental or guardian supervision.

B. Accuracy and Security

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

C. Non-transferable

Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned.

4. Design Upload and Licensing

A. Your Content

All designs, images, descriptions, videos, and other materials you upload ("Your Content") remain your intellectual property.

B. License to Desoma

By uploading Your Content, you grant Desoma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and perpetual license to:

  • Produce, display, promote, and sell products based on your designs;
  • Display your content across Desoma's website, advertising, and social media;
  • Modify it technically as needed (e.g., resizing or color adjustment).

C. Revenue Sharing

You will receive a revenue share based on the number of products sold, up to 60% of the selling price. The exact percentage is subject to the rates announced on the website or agreed upon separately.

D. Content Responsibility

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload. You are responsible for any infringement or claims arising therefrom and shall indemnify Desoma for any resulting damages.

5. Purchase, Payment, and Delivery

Desoma manages all customer payments and deliveries directly. Buyers pay Desoma, and designers receive their revenue share in accordance with Desoma's payout policy. Desoma does not guarantee product sales or income and is not liable for unmet expectations.

6. Use of Our Services

You agree not to:

  • Upload or distribute illegal, obscene, or misleading content;
  • Upload content that infringes others' IP rights;
  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform;
  • Collect or misuse others' personal data without consent.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

Desoma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms and remove any related content without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time, but outstanding obligations or payments remain binding.

8. Limitation of Liability

Desoma provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Desoma's total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Desoma in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desoma from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your actions.

10. Disputes Between Users

Desoma is not a party to user-to-user disputes. Users should resolve disputes amicably before seeking formal action.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

12. Changes to the Terms

Desoma may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
